  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

We do not live perfect lives
Because one who ate the fruit replies
“That tricky snake he tempted me,
It’s his own fault not mine you see”

Isaiah, prophet of the past

Brought peace and hope and love at last
Proclaiming that our God would give
A savior who for us would live

And when the Son did come to earth
He came by lowly human birth
As Lord of All in manger lay
The angels all their harps did play

Our Savior lived a perfect life
So He could take away our strife
He baptized, preached, and taught His word
And in the land His voice was heard

Next our God on bended knee
Offered up prayer in Gethsemane
Our Father, God, gave Him the task
Of dying for our sins aghast

Then they nailed Him to the tree
Upon the hill of Calvary
And when the Son of God had died
They took a spear and pierced His side

More than hope our God did give
That in three days He would then live
Mary at his feet did fall
To praise the Living Lord of All

Our Lord His perfect life did give
And gave us rules by which to live
For us all these deeds were done
Though we deserved not even one

And then the Son of God did rise
Up to His home within the skies
And though He said He’d come again
He did not tell us where or when

And when the Lord to Earth will come
We’ll sing His praises all as one
With Him to Heaven we will rise
Forever praise will fill the skies.
