People cast lots to learn God's will, but God himself determines the answer.

I want to know... is this verse still relevant? I cast lots with my spirit... different items/dice. What do you guys think of this verse, and how it applies to you!

Never heard of such a thing. The Roman soldiers cast lots , I dont think Christians follow suit or follow such Jewish traditions.

I don't cast lots. That can limit my choices to what I can think up. God can guide us while arranging things around us, better than we can manage things . . . or even imagine what to do.

And lots can make God distant. We can have Him in us guiding us.
