That´s obvious.
If there is no ability to choose there is no ability to choose between a hamburger and a steak, either.
people dont need to choose it. it can be programmed into them by discipline.
You haven´t shown there is a choice. You have simply asserted it.Why not if there is a choice?
You haven´t shown there is a choice. You have simply asserted it.
Well, I didn´t.I think you asserted we could chose between a hamburger and something. Sounds like making a choice to me.
Well, I didn´t.
Hmm, in your last post you guessed the opposite."If there is no ability to choose there is no ability to choose between a hamburger and a steak, either" I guess you were saying we cannot chose between an hamburger and a steak.
Hmm, in your last post you guessed the opposite.
Just don´t make so many guesses, elman. Just take it for what it says.
Since it was a conditional sentence "if-then" I did not nor mean to make a statement either way. It was an equally tautological sentence as the one you posted before. (If there is no choice there is no choice).
As for the question whether humans have a choice in their actions, you already know my opinion: They haven´t.
How would you possibly be able to prove that?Put them in front of me, and I will prove it.
