CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have played and finished all of the Ultima series back on the old commodore 64 days.
Never had a chance to play online though I think I would be joining you Arnediad in the free shard.

I used to play Ultima Online. Started back in 1997, and played for a couple years. I quit several months after Siege Perilous went live. Main server was Atlantic, once SP went live, played there until there was a falling out between myself and my guildmaster.
UO was an excellent game back then, but from what I hear now, they've turned it into something different (item based pvp), which is unfortunate.
I was a big fan of the Ultima series on C64 and later on PC as well.
I still have an account on Atlantic (my old mule account), but I generally play Star Wars Galaxies as far as MMORPGs go.
