UFO sighting?

A couple of nights ago, two F16 jets scrambled over DC after something was deteced on radar; apparently they were these blue/white balls of light travelling at top speed with the US jets hot on their trail. They disappeared as quickly as they had come. Hundreds who heard and saw this event phoned a radio station confirming that "something" had happened there, but the government is saying nothing. Interesting note: exactly fifty years ago, to the date, this event (blue and white balls of light) occured over DC.

Needless to say, I've been looking out my window and studying Ezekiel.

well, I thought about that. And if this is moved to the news forum, that is okay. But, there are many ways this topic could be split via/ phophecy, so I hope it stays here. This is what I'm thinking:

1) We are told to watch, that there will be signs in the heavens; the sun, the stars, the moon.
2) Ezekiel was written as prophecy for coming generations, including us? (notice how he is greeted- chapter one)
3) We are warned about the antichrist who will decieve even the elect through wonders and miracles. Since he is cast from heaven (and his time is short) wouldn't he make a grand entrance /via heavens?
4) Jesus says that the Kingdom of heaven doesn't come through observation, yet we are told that every eye shall see him, COMING IN THE CLOUDS.

We don't know whats out there; we don't even know whats at the bottom of the ocean. I am not referring to the Hollywood UFO types, but that there are things that are left unexplained. I chose to use the DC sighting as a way to open up a discussion about this subject.

How would the world react if and only IF someone or something announced itself and said, "I am Jesus Christ."

Should we accept that as a possibility, and perhaps discuss and educate ourselves on what to believe should that ever happen?

I think the UFO's are part of the great deception. Many people will be willing to believe that it was them who placed us here. especaily those who refuse to believe in God.

Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
Many will come in Gods name trying to decieve us.

I belive in aliens but I dont now how they fall in with the bible I think I've seen 2 UFOs but I'm not sure

I heard about that story as well. As you might already be aware, there are several websites out there that link UFOs to the end times.

Specifically, the ones I've read most recently, say that the "aliens" are actually demonic beings who have existed throughout the world's history, taking on many different forms.

It also talks about exactly what you mentioned, GraftMein... how there is a huge following today that are part of the New Age movement, that believe the "aliens" were our creators and that they will be our salvation. They take God out of the creation, and Jesus out of the salvation.

Search for and study the natural phenomenon

of 'ball lightining'.  This is an odd form of lightning

that appears in ball form, can float, travel at high

speeds (depending upon atmospheric conditions)

and even reverse directions.  It has been observed

at ground level, (can even travel through walls

in your house) thus mistakened for a 'ghost' as

you might imagine.  It has also been observed at

high altitudes by airline passengers and pilots.

It is trackable as radar.  I can't say this

is what was observed, but is a scientific explanation

for what was observed.

Consider what UFO is an acronym for...

Unidentified Flying Object...just simply that.

If anyone has ever seen an object, flying through

the atmosphere and couldn't identify what it was...

It naturally falls into this category.  This ISN"T

to say it was a spaceship...it simply sais...

People watch too much TV and take science FICTION

for fact.  Consider the mass panic caused by the radio

broadcast hoax stating we had been 'Invaded by Martians'

broadcast in the 50's.

I know what you mean about Unidentified Objects. I joke with my husband about them everytime I see something in the air I can't identify lol! It could be anything from a weed seed, a type of bug, etc.....

I also point out other UFO's that may appear on the water sometimes. I refer to them as another acronym for Unidentified Floating Objects.

Hey Graft...i hit this big green flying thing (UFO)

the other morning and BOY did it make a mess

on my windshield...

Alien or bug...I couldn't identify from the greasy spot

usually originate from some farmer in the middle of nowhere?

If aliens are among us...or just visiting..

WHY don't they make a grand appearance....

like say...a major city...popular Live TV show,

(HEY...an alien visitation on the Big Brother

series would be AWESOME)
