A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday blocked the Biden administration’s student loan relief plan known as SAVE, a move that will likely lead to higher monthly payments for millions of borrowers.
The Biden people had contempt for the Supreme Court.
It's a circuit court.

After the Supreme Court decision, Biden asked Constitutional scholars (wow, asking experts, what a novel idea) if parts of the loan forgiveness plan could be salvaged using existing law.

So some deep red circuit Court disputed it. That's not the end of the fight.

He just would not stop, kept trying to find a way around the Supreme Court despite so many people pointing out how unfair it was to others.

No. He was looking for those students would be covered under existing law. That's different.
It's the current president who is violating laws left and right.

The good news is that Biden is no longer in power and the Democratic Party is in such chaos the chance of them collectively blowing their nose is doubtful, let alone going against the Supreme Court yet again.

Liberal European leaders have been elected by voters who are obviously more discerning and public-spirited than ours.
Thanks for giving me the fake news take on the morality lecture from the former hillbilly who, per his bio, didn't know basic etiquette and behavior till he found a Yale tutor.
Former hillbilly? What?

Yes they did.
No. The Supreme Court had a problem with the mechanism by which he employed the student loan forgiveness. Every time he did it, he simply tried a different avenue. That's not contempt of court. They closed off the avenues they could.

Look up Hillbilly Elegy by J.D. Vance before guessing.
I didn't guess - and the insult was intended and made. I also watched the movie - did you?

Your assertion was that the "Biden people" does not have contempt for the Supreme Court. Please correct me if I am wrong. If I am correct, shall I begin a long list of democrats showing contempt towards SCOTUS after the repeal of Roe V. Wade? Or will you concede that it has been Democrates (aka. Biden People) who have had a history of showing contempt for the supreme court?

When you say "show contempt", what exactly would that means?

In my mind, I would think "ignore the courts/Supreme Court" would be contempt.

If you would like to share your list you're more than welcome (assuming it will ahve appropriate links) though I'd be curiosu to know how you are using "show contempt"

No he isn't.
I was already aware of your blind loyalty. Even when a leader is oh...ten times better than Trump
...his/her actions must be viewed in light of your own conscience.
Blind loyalty to Trump (and I will let his numerous indictments, judgments, and impeachments speak for themselves) puts you and our country in danger.

It's frustrating how many people seem unable to understand this.
