It seems that whatever Biden did was either too little or too late or both. And Trump is in the monumental process of having to fix the gigantic economic mess Biden put the country in. President Biden retained most of the tariffs imposed on China during President Trump's first term. Therefore, if tariff-related issues have impacted farmers, both President Trump and President Biden can be considered responsible.

If a USAID spending freeze causes issues, it will not impact any farmers for at least three months. Any farmer who is unable to sustain themselves for 19 days should reconsider their involvement in farming or any type of business.
