I quite honestly cannot fathom under what circumstance anyone would be remotely interested in updates concerning me, despite my editor's suggestion that I try it.



I had enclosed myself within an "ignorance regarding the Cubs is bliss" bubble and all at once it has been painfully burst!

LOL...oops, sorry.... Yeah...so far this season..."ignorance is bliss" regarding the Cubs....sigh...

I have to blame my Canucks for that...they swept St Louis Blues and I was having major Hockey Withdrawls....

Twitter is ridiculous. I like facebook, but two of my friends post like 15 status updates a day (Chelsea and John!).

I wasnt into it either until I just recently tried it out.. I find I can "follow" a lot of the bands and companies and stuff that I enjoy and keep up to date with all their business. Its fun.

I joined Twitter a week or so ago...it's not really anything special, its basically just status updates, like Facebook. If they added some more features and stuff it would be cooler in my opinion.

I was raised on Cubs so the majority of the last 39 years have been an emotional rollercoaster! lol I guess that's why I turned to hockey...I needed something in the fall that wouldn't depress me. Then when my Canucks are done for the year it's back to baseball...it's a vicious cycle! haha

Thanks for informing everyone of this strange phenomena. I've had some friends ask me about it, as to why I haven't joined or what I think of it... and I had no idea!! Sounds like a huge waste of time and just plain boring to me. Eesh.

I twitter - but - it is mainly status updates.
What is cool, is that is can update several programs at one time - like facebook - and since facebook mobile uses internet time - twitter doesn't

I'm on twitter. I don't see it the same as facebook at all. I get small status updates (140 char. max) of all different people I follow. I get inspirational messages, information about local traffic, I follow the local weather man to know my weather, my friends, family, you can search what people are talking about. If I search "Christian" I can see everything everyone is saying using the word "Christian." I can build relationships and find out about sales. I love it
