-----Thomas was a young seaman of the late "Great Sea Trading Company". When his ship was attacked and destroyed by pirates, Thomas was left for dead. Washing up on a small island off Varisia, Thomas was confronted by an angel. The Angel told him that in exchange for a prolonged life he would have to serve the Lord. Being at the edge of death and confronted with an angel Thomas agreed. The angel uttered the words, "Amephues Xana Illata Lancer", over Thomas and he was imbued with life and power. Since then Thomas has come to be called Axil, his Sage name. He was 19 when this happened but has since then lived many lives. He continues to go where God wills him and spreads the word and Help to all.
