  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Gossip Girl, Gossip Girl, Gossip Girl. That's my number one for now, and these re-runs each week are killing me. I need new episodes! And I absolutely LOVE The Office and 30 Rock. And Family Guy. And I watch Friends re-runs on KTLA every night. And when So You Think You Can Dance starts up again, I am an avid watcher of that, too. Mostly because I've either danced with or known at least one person to make it to their callback round each year, though.

I don't watch anything regularly.. But I do enjoy these shows if they're flipped on..

Futurama

Scrubs.

I used to just watch the late night anime shows on adult swim, but one night they just played the crappy stuff so I stopped watching the channel altogether..

I watch shows, but not on the television. I like to watch Heroes, Lost, and sometimes Life on Mars, online.

If I had cable/satellite, I would definitely watch the History Channel and Biography Channel. Although, I think the Biography Channel site lets you watch some episodes online.
You Lostaholic you ^_^

I watched the whole thing from end of last season to the beginning of this season. Fascinating. Been watching the current season, but have missed a few parts having my attention drawn to other things.

I'm a documentary fan, watch them the most I guess, but hard to find good ones. I like the ones about space the most, especially those that uses really good CGI, but often the message given is distorted or misleading. I think in general, they have overdone it with the WWII doc's though lol but good for record. 700 channels and nothing to watch... :( Well sometimes :) BSG was a ride, yesterday. Though a little graphic as usual :p

I don't make a point of watching any show, but if I turn the tv on and I see that the Office or What Not To Wear is on, I will sit down and watch. The same can be said for SuperNanny - other people's children.

ohmygosh...we are TWINS!

This is exactly what I was going to say!

Those are probably my top 3 favourite shows.

But I purposely don't own a tv, so I don't watch tv much, sometimes briefly at work or i just watch shows I like on dvd.

I'm trying to get back into Heroes (once you stop watching for a little while and come back, it's nearly impossible to get caught up again), but Life on Mars is a fave of mine. But that ABC online player...
I make a point to watch Chuck, The Office and CSI: NY, though.

NBC's got a great player going - you click the mouse a few times, and there's your show. I never could understand why ABC wants you to download a whole different player (which worked so poorly on my laptop that I uninstalled it halfway through Life on Mars). Tsk.

neither work in canada :(
