I watch more TV than I probably should. I don't watch any of today's comedies. For the most part, I watch dramas not only on the main networks but also some of the cable shows like 'The Closer', 'Men of a Certain Age', 'Army Wives', 'Mad Men', 'Breaking Bad', etc.

What are some of the shows that you watch? I probably also watch many of them.

Singermom - Hello.
I watch 'No Ordinary Family'. I like it but it wouldn't surprise me if very few others did. It seems like a show that will get cancelled. We'll see. 'The Walking Dead' on AMC was alright. There were only 6 episodes so far. The other AMC shows are better - 'Mad Men' and 'Breaking Bad'.
The only reality show that I watch is 'Survivor'.

My WH & I may check out "The Cape" (tonight, NBC, 9pm EST). It looks interesting.

BTW, I wouldn't be surprised if NOF gets canned. Most of the shows my WH and I like end up that way. My husband was one of the people involved in the whole "Jericho" nuts campaign. Anyway, it's one of the many, many reasons why we don't watch a lot of network television. We tend to like what not a lot of other people do, and vice versa.

I'm taping 'The Cape' - YES - I still have a VCR.
I also liked 'Jericho' but I wasn't a fanatic. Do you watch 'V'?
I'm going to give 'Lights Out' on FX a shot. It's about a washed up boxer.
You say that you don't watch network TV. What are some of the shows that you watch? If they're on FX, TNT, USA, or whatever, I might watch them also. If they're on Discovery or something like that, then I don't watch them.
I'm Sorry - I don't know what NOF stands for - nor WH (although, I guess, it refers to your husband).

Yeah, we have a VCR, too. We decided that we would watch "The Cape" another night...skip the commercials.

It's very, very rare for my husband to go that nutsy (no pun intended) over a TV show; he didn't grow up with television per se. He just didn't like how they ended their first season and wanted "closure". (He would have hated the series ending of "The Sopranos" if we had watched that show).

We've caught the new "V" on and off. It's good, but not compelling. LOVED the original miniserieses; the original series was a joke but we watched it anyway.

Knock yourself out! (oh, man...THAT was bad!)

I guess I misworded that; what I meant is that we don't watch ANY new TV shows aside of the ones in my OP. We watch a lot of older shows: "Our House", "Sue Thomas, F.B.Eye", "Knight Rider"...things like that. My WH & I have "Miami Vice", "Airwolf", "Jericho", "Knight Rider", "Christy", "Rat Patrol" and a couple of seasons of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" on DVD, so we sometimes watch those. If I could pick one other series to have on DVD - like, if someone said, "Here!" and handed me an entire series on DVD - it would be a toss-up between "Quantum Leap", "8 is Enough" and "Hill Street Blues".

We watch "Hannah Montana", "Wizards of Waverly Place", "Suite Life On Deck" (all on Disney) and "How It's Made" (on the Science Channel) with our daughters.

NOF = "No Ordinary Family". WH = "Wonderful Husband".

Yes - I can see 'NOF' getting cancelled also.
On the last episode of 'V', the queen from the previous show made an appearance. She plays the mother of the new queen.
O.K. Since you're admitting, then I'll also admit. I've seen 'Hannah Montana' but not regularly. However, I do watch some of the shows on The Family Channel - like
'Make It or Break It', 'Pretty Little Liars', etc. These may not be the greatest shows ever made, but...
The guy who starred on 'Quantum Leap', which I watched, also stars in 'Men of a Certain Age'.
I watched 'The Sopranos' when it came on network TV. The violence and language was eliminated but it was still O.K. Yes - the ending was unusual.
This is the last season but I watched 'Smallville' - The young Clark Kent.

Hey, I've got nothing to hide... :D

I like to watch TV with my daughters (ages 8 and almost 6)...everything from cartoons to, well, "Hannah Montana". (Incidentally, next week is the final episode).

I heard that Jane Badler showed up on "V" playing Anna's mother...but I also heard that the character's name was Diana! How cool is that? (Incidentally, Jane Badler was Miss New Hampshire...MY home state.)

My father, who usually loves things with lots of action and doesn't mind language, watched the first episode of "The Sopranos" and was thoroughly disgusted by it. I took his advice and never watched it. Still don't care to.

I forgot to mention that my WH & I also watch "COPS"...have from the very first episode. At this point, we stick to it more for tradition than anything else; they've diverted completely from the original concept.

Just watched NCIS: Los Angeles. Callen and Hanna make the perfect partnership. Could do with some camera slow motion visual effects like The Matrix such as the twirling bullet through the air scene during some terrorist attacking scenes to keep me interested more than the story or characters. Hetty is like a female Godfather with that vampirish voice - Hetty, Callen and Hanna look like they should have their own Charlie's Angels TV series.

What is a mistake? A mistake is an action done wrong. Make too many mistakes in your job and you don't solve those mistakes by doing what's right then you are considered unreliable. Experience in a job or business is action followed from the past experiences of workers. Trying out new experiences through trial and error in a job or business to improve performance means making new mistakes every now and then - and that means using your imagination to create an action in your mind before trying out the action in real life. There is a health and safety factor in the home, work or school: your life is more important than your job or business. Accidents do happen if we are not alert if some problems seem to happen very little, such as the Queensland floods in the 1970s until the floods happened again just last week but with far more serious devastation. On the Aussie channel, I watched a TV doco "Big, Bigger, Biggest" about these gigantic man-made machines for tunnelling through a mountain for railway transportation and I thought it would be good idea to have a "floodwater tunnel" underground with several large pipes snaking their way from Queensland suburbs towards the ocean near Tasmania, instead of towards the ocean near the Gold Coast - after what I've seen on the TV news about Brisbane's city near the coast with river over-flow creating problems for anchoring ships and fishboats.

Except for 'Stargate Universe' and 'Clone Wars', I watch all of the other shows.
Since 'The Event' hasn't been on for awhile, I wonder if it has been cancelled.
On Syfy, I liked 'Battlestar Gallactica'. 'Caprica' is O.K.
On AMC, 'Mad Men' and 'Breaking Bad' are also good.
