CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Good morning ladies! I've got a week and three day wait until I find out if our first round of Clomid worked. I'm trying really hard not to get my hopes up - but that's hard to do! I've had symptoms the last couple days like sore bbs, cramping - but I think that's from the Clomid. I usually don't test unless af is a few days late - but I'll probably have to this time - because if it's a BFN, I need to call my dr and get another prescription.
Where is everyone else at? Anyone in the tww yet with me?

I'm still in the 3+ month wait.
It feels so unfair, that other people have had three prospective cycles so far, and I might not have even ovulated once.
I need to call my doctor and get an appointment to get things started.
I'm so sorry - I can't even imagine what you are going through... yes, call your doctor - you will feel so much better once you do. Hugs!!

Thanks. I was waiting on an endocrinologist appointment before I could schedule my gyn appointment anyway, which it turned out I'd scheduled our vacation to conflict with. Doh! So I've moved them both up to earlier in the month.
The doctor is likely to prescribe me Clomid. We'll see how that goes...

Good for you! Everyone used to tell me a vacation was just what I needed - didn't work for me - but maybe it will for you!
I did my first round of Clomid this past month - I hope it works for both of us - I've heard lots of positive feedback from people that have taken it.

My TWW is past and still no AF. HPT was negative yesterday, but I have an appointment with my doctor on Wednesday anyway.

I am taking OrthoTri-Cyclen Lo because I do not have a period...I havent had one for a year now..and before then it was very irregular....I am taking it to start my period....as in hopes comming off of it I will be able to conceive(in about 1 1/2 yrs) when Im ready without any wait.

i used to be a couple of years ago for the same reason.. to help give me a period but i had to get off of it, it made me soooooo sooooo sick!

I'm in the tww with you! It's CD 16 here, so not far in, but my cycle is always a little short, so that helps! I guess if AF doesn't show I'll be testing round 18th August... Although I might try already on 16th
Patience is not my forte - although I'm sure this month is not it for us, you can't be sure till you're sure.

I should ovulate around Wednesday, but this week we are having our gospel meeting, so we have church every single night, and I will be working late a couple of nights this week too. I am just afraid that we won't have time to DTD (or BD).

I use provera to start my periods. I didn't know you could use OrthoTri-Cyclen LO... Provera is just what they always put me on. I just took day 5 of 10 of it today.. and my period started today.. so i'm officially on day 1 of this cycle.. and I started temping today. I hope I can keep up with it.
