tryng to upload pic

i'm trying to upload a o=pic of my baby girl and it has the pic down where it says manage attachments but it won't pull up on the message I'm writitng, anyone with any ideas

You type your message in the message field, then upload your attachment, then click submit at the end. If you posting a new thread, you have to have a subject, or it won't take. Hope this helps.
