the funny thing is, the people I have always found to be most attractive are the one's that don't try. I think if you are healthy, you work-out and you feel good, that is very attractive. I don't look at men who are all built like it's a good thing. I think a natural healthy body and feeling good wins every time.

Also, I don't agree with using it to impress others, but I think it's good to feel good. Also, a lot of men always wonder why lots of women are attracted to the "bad guy" I don't think it's the bad guy, but the confident guy. Usually those "bad" boys are full of confidence (althought sometimes bordering on egotistical which is not good)

It depends on the persons purpose as to why they are weightlifting, fixing their hair, and wanting to impress others.

Is it wrong to weightlift? No, actually its healthy. Exercise is good for your body because it increases it longevity. Also, it can be a confidence builder by making people pleased with their apperance (the same goes with gaining or losing weight).

Can weightlifting be a bad thing? Of course, people become concieted and will not give others the time of day to carry on a conversation, if they are not up to his/her "caliber."

The same goes for hairstyles and wanting to look good, its not necessarily a bad thing. If you go for a job interview you want to dress to impress, you make sure your hair is neat and tidy, your teeth are brushed, your breath is pleasant, ect.. I don't think thats a bad thing at all. You want your, hopefully, soon to be employer to know that they are going to hire a quality person.

The point when you cross the line is when you put so much pride into any one thing that it is put before God. Like anything else evaluate your heart and make sure its motives are pure and holy.
