Trying to Find Song - "Pray for Me because Sometimes..."

Hey folks, I remember hearing a Christian (pop?) song in the 90s, and the lyrics went something like the following:

Pray for me because sometimes I feel like I'm just too [something] to take it
Pray for me because sometimes I feel like I'm just too [something] to make it
Oh won't you pray for me?
Won't you pray-ay for me?

I would normally find the artist and title by being a good Google searcher, but for the life of me I am just not finding anything. Anyone have a good idea what song this might be?

No. It was all women. I thought it was Point of Grace at first, but alas. This is a good song though
