Hello everyone,
My state volunteer opportunity ended recently and I am still working for my dad with his business, but I am having trouble making ends meet. So, I am now searching for a part time job in retail. I have had 3 interviews so far, but no job yet. So please pray for God to make a way for me. Also, pray for my marriage and that we stay strong in Christ and within our marriage as we go through financial difficulties.
Heavenly Father,
We come before Your throne of grace with humble hearts, lifting up Your son,
Heartofsilver, into Your loving and mighty hands. Lord, You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), the God who provides (Genesis 22:14), and the God who never forsakes His children (Hebrews 13:5). Today, we ask You to stretch forth Your hand of favor, strength, and restoration over his life.
Father, You know the challenges he is facinghis volunteer opportunity has ended, and though he continues to help his father in the family business, the financial pressure is still heavy. Lord, Your Word says,
“My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19). We stand on this promise and ask You to open the right doors for a stable part-time job. Guide him to the place You have prepared for him, where his gifts, skills, and integrity will shine. Your Word reminds us,
“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord” (Psalm 37:23). Order his steps into divine opportunities, favorable interviews, and the job that aligns with Your perfect will.
Lord, give him peace as he waits. Your Word says,
“Be still and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10). Silence every voice of fear, anxiety, and discouragement, and replace them with faith and confidence in Your plan. Remind him that You are working behind the scenes, even when the answer is not yet visible.
Father, we also lift up his marriage before You. Strengthen the bond between him and his spouse. You created marriage to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:25–33). In times of financial pressure, misunderstandings and tensions may arise, but Your Word promises,
“A cord of three strands is not easily broken” (Ecclesiastes 4:12). Lord, be the third cord in their marriage. Grant them unity, patience, compassion, and spiritual maturity. Teach them to pray together, stand together, and face every challenge hand in hand.
Lord Jesus, You said,
“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you” (John 14:27). Let Your peace rule in their home. Let Your wisdom guide their decisions. Let Your joy strengthen them daily (Nehemiah 8:10). Surround them with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12). Provide every needfinancial, emotional, and spiritual. Turn this difficult season into a testimony of Your faithfulness.
Heavenly Father, as Brother Heartofsilver continues to serve his earthly father in the family business, remind him that ultimately he is serving his Heavenly Father (Colossians 3:23–24). Bless the work of his hands and let increase come from unexpected places.
We declare in faith that breakthroughs are on the way, doors will open, and peace will fill his home. Because
“with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26).
We ask all these things in the mighty, powerful, unshakable name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
Shalom and Blessings
