Hi, I'm new here. About a year ago I had a miscarriage. We have been trying since and no luck. I'm 41 and my clock is ticking. I often wonder why I miscarried. Everything happens for a reason so we can grow in Him. But I often wonder what lesson could this be? I have 2 children and he has 2 children from previous marriages. So we would love a child of our own. Pray that if it's God's will that we will conceive. Thank you.

In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hey there vickie. I miscarried in April 2004, and in March 2005 I had a healthy baby girl. I pray that the same will happen for you. I know how hard it is to lose a baby, and feel as though something is wrong with you.

Hello. I am a traditional chinese medicine practitioner and I would like to caution couples against trying to conceive soon after a miscarriage. It is not good for the health of both mother and any infant conceived.

Also, I made a post earlier about a couple who prayed to God for a child. The mother was 41 when she gave birth... to me. Keep praying!

I have had 3 losses through miscarriage and two wonderful girls. I don't know why I lost those pregnancies, I have often wondered and had many tests that did not provide answers. Continue to offer this to God, He can solve all the problems that are too big for you! God Bless, J

I became pregnant after adopting a six year old little girl we tried to concieve for more than ten years, the baby was not ment to be and we lost it at 16 weeks we are now in the process of adopting two more children 4 and 6 I think this is were I was called to be, keep praying and God will give you the answer it may not be what you want but it will be what he knows is right for you
