Many discussions have been had regarding the problems with DEI and CRT and gender theory. I know you have ignored all the issues and see nothing wrong with it. But to reiterate in a nutshell it divides people. It divides us all into oppressed and oppressor and teaches people to look at each other that way. In a fighting unit, unity of brotherhood is critical to maintain a cohesive fighting force. When you start to tell soldiers that they are part of an oppressed group and thier fellow soldiers are part of the oppressor group you get mistrust.

Soldiers complained about that and there were military leaders who wrote a letter in support of Trump and in it they mentioned how wokism is weakening the military.

I'm sure you still won't see it, but now that we have Trump back, we'll end it and get our fighting force back and I think in time you'll see recruitment go back up.

The woke military ads are uninspiring. No wonder recruitment is down.

IMHO the soon coming mass illegal immigrants removal will take place under a military action, federal military bases and federal lands will have internment camps built by the army Corp of engineers, all military personnel will be used in the efforts including the National Guard at the forefront, there won't be room for dissent from the commander in Chiefs orders and future Defense Secretary (Pete Hegseth) will ensure this

One commercial a cartoon of all things has a female soldier talking about her leabian mothwrs and how she marched for feminist causes. You have got to be kidding me. Who.is going to be inspired to join the military and fight in a war by that?

Recruitment didn't improve one bit. People want to be insired, challenged, led to see themselves as heros protectors. Nobody was inspired to.join from those lame commercials. Rhe military is here to kill.people and beeak things. To be violent and protect the weak, protect our nation. No one is inspired to go out and put their lives on the line, protect this nation and destroy the enemy by some stupid cartoon of a girl holding flowers and talking about feminism and her two moms.

At a time of severe readiness concerns, such a concession to ideology is absurd. The military should not be in the business of accommodating social ideology if it means accepting non-deployability.

I didn't join the US Army based on a commercial. And while I don't watch a lot of broadcast TV these days, I question if this "cartoon" commercial was ever broadcasted. But maybe you can show otherwise?

A good reason not to get involved in any new wars would be that the military was run by sycophants rather than meritorious warriors. But it looks like a lot of the top brass, once you have removed political appointments, voted for Trump anyway. So I am hoping that the transition will not cause too much damage to the freedom and security of America and her allies.

He was a celebrity and a business owner for decades before the first presidency. These non- disclosure agreements are common in the corporate world.

I think this is vital and necessary considering the evidence that has been coming out about other agencies being biased and actively working against Trump and other groups like Repulicans and Christians. The example of FEMA descriminating against Trump supporters is one example and the lawfare used by the justice department is another.

We even seen how the UN allowed ideology to infiltrate at the highest levels when it was found that ANWAR reps were supporting Hamas.

Thats a good question. I guess like we do for most other vetting processes by assessing the character of the person. I think even the private industry does this. You would be surprised to what extent some go to to check on candidates. They want to know the type of person they take on.

Much I think will come from peoples own history. You obviously are not going to employ someone with a history of political activism or partisan politics. Even someone with a history of anti socvial behaviour is not a good candidate.

People that display integrity, honesty, fairness and loyalty I guess. But you can only go so far and a certain amount of trust is involved. You just have to do your best to get the right kind of people and the rest will come out in the wash so to speak.

If they are the type who are clever or think they are clever and may sneek in and start undermining things it will come out. If the culture is changed to one of doing the right thing then this makes the bad eggs stand out and they cannot get away with it as much. Its when the system becomes corrupted that its easier to get away with bias and ideology.

Like Rule of Law or whatever principles apply to the militaries mission statement. Thats a good start. Often the principles are already there and they work. We just forgot them and need to re-establish them.

I think theres enough history to know what works and what doesn't. Its not the first time that the system has been undermined. The cold war for example and people within the system working against western freedoms. .
