how can anyone have faith in him, he seems to change not based on whats best or smart, but what he thinks will help or hurt his election. He only now seems to care about georgia reopening because everyones saying it's a bad idea.

that is NOT a changing narrative, but two different ones.

That is the easiest one to debunk. The others can be debunked from looking at them in context. An inconvenient truth.

Because he goes with the whim, he started by saying he had absolute power as he was desperate to get the economy going as thats one of the things he's managed to do.

Then people rightly pointed out that this would cause a second wave and more deaths, likly fearing this would hurt him, he shifted blame to the govenors, if no second wave he wins, if there is he can blame the govenors.

But not helping himself he turned around and tried to goad people into pushing the govenors.

he was supporting kemp till again people started pointing out this will cause more deaths so had to push back saying he was going too fast.

Just conjecture, but watching trump for 3 years, he's had a huge tendecy to go where the wind blows and focus on certain things. He wants the economy open, but doesn't want to take the blame if people die.

.....since when have americans remembered thigns more then a month ago when it comes to elections, they don't remember the small thing, but they will remember him getting the economy back up and running and saving the day when others wanted the economy broken to save people.

Unless of course you have a direct quote from the Attorney General. Where he threatened lawsuits if they didn't open fast enough - I don't believe a word of it. I do a whole lot of reading, the only thing I've heard is his caution to not abuse people's civil rights.

Social distancing is one and only one aspect of the lockdown, and is probably the least demanding of all the things we have been subjected to during this explosion of government edicts. If all that we were told to do was keep social distancing I am sure it would feel like a great relief!

yeah, i will wait for clarification and then remove if it turns out it's what you said. Though this does bring up the problem of trump really doesn't make it easy for anyone. For those that are opening tomorrow and next week they are likly going to be wondering, "Wait are we to stop opening, or what?" and I'm sure his supporters that are protestors are going to be confused.

one thing that confuses me on it is, if it's not stay at home...then how is that different then whats been going on I think everyone assumed even when the economy re-opens to keep social distancing for a while.
