In my personal opinion, he was energized by the sadistic emotion that one of his enemies is killed. That helped compell him to yell and act as he did.
One good way to determine what someone is going to do or might do, is to look at their track record regarding the matter. Does Trump have a track record for dramatically raising the national debt?
