Like I've said for years, Trump's MO* is to lose in the lower courts and win in the higher courts. That's why I always find the lower court losses kinda comical.

*Yes, I know he's not batting 1000, but he's doing pretty well. That's why I see it as his MO. Or, more precisely, our legal system's MO when it comes to Trump. Thing is, it's easer to put partisan hacks behind the bench in lower courts than higher courts.

It is very likely going to the US Supreme court eventually, where giving his Concurrence comments in the Presidential Immunity case, he has at least Clarence Thomas' vote.

Thomas does seem to be a strict constitutionalist. I think you are right.
