No, so why should he?

Why do you not have that right? God let's us make our own choices. Surely you value his authority above any rights man gives you. None of us know if he won or not. We are so far removed from the process that we only know what we are told by those we listen to.

If you mean the Winner-Take-All Electoral College is not in the constitution, you're quite right.

We need to remember that before winning in 2016, Trump repeatedly talked against the Electoral College system.
Excellent post. I was simply referencing the term Electoral College. The Constitution says that states shall appoint “a Number or Electors,” but it never uses the term Electoral College.
