Well to be fair the thread isn’t about his supporters but I see no point in trying to discuss Trump’s behavior as an island unto itself. He acts this way because he knows people like you either enjoy this stuff or don’t care enough to condemn him for it.

He's not a cardinal (one of the people voting in it), so he's virtually certain of not getting it. While the only requirement to be pope is technically to be a baptized male Catholic (disqualifying Trump), it's been over 500 years since the last time someone outside of the college of cardinals was elected, and it's unlikely this will happen here, if for no other reason than the practical issue that the person has to be brought to the conclave to be notified, and may end up saying no anyway. Barring something like Jesus appearing in the middle of the conclave and telling them to vote for someone outside of it, we can be pretty sure the next pope will be a voting cardinal.

Though as you're giving your personal choice, you may have already known that and are just giving a choice irrespective of likelihood.
