I'm a veteran. I have no problem with responding to terrorism with the appropriate amount of force. When terrorists attack, my idea would be to wipe them off the face of the earth. I have a problem with unnecessarily inviting terrorism due to a bad idea. Biden's reluctance to engage and rein in the Houthi's and other terrorist groups fueled their aggression. A rapid and costly response would have caused them to know the U.S. would not tolerate continuous attacks. Trump certainly isn't Biden, but he has not thought through all the consequences that go with "taking over" Gaza. And if there is money enough for that kind of scheme, then that same money needs to be spent here in our country to remedy some of the problems we have like rebuilding cities and towns ravaged by natural disasters. What happened to concentrating on lowering prices, and helping improve the economy - the very things he was elected for. No one voted so we could have a riviera in the middle east that will only benefit the investors. If you think that money from a resort was going to go back into helping this country, then I have a bridge I want to sell you. If we have that kind of money to spare why all the talk about cutting social security and medicaid. Again, Trump is not thinking long term. He needs to chase another investment rainbow. Then Terrorism functions properly in serving it's purpose, which is to control all those outside of it's scope through the fear of violence.
...I say *dont* listen, and return fire whenever, and wherever terrorism occurs, everytime, 30x worse. Eventually, terrorism will lose, or we'll all die trying - because we can't all be held hostage by the fear of terrorism forever. It's not part of God's plan for us.
Let the fear be on them!
