There are two separate issues here. One is discrimination by the left at Harvard and other universities. The second is the flooding our our country by the Biden administration with millions who were not properly vetted. The Supreme Court was able to at least slow the discrimination against Americans of Asian ancestry at Harvard, but there is a still a lot of racism practiced. The antisemitism needs to be stopped, there is the problem of radical political leaders preaching violence ("Free, free, Palestine") and sadly the universities have very much followed. So too the other racist policies need to be halted, black-only dorms and meeting spaces and graduations, but for the moment Jews should be able to walk the universities and worship without threats of violence and be safe in our nation's capitol. As to not being properly vetted, Trump wants to know crimes committed by aliens who attend Harvard, Trump has emphasized he will go after the violent ones first. Harvard could and should cooperate, by not cooperating they make it more dangerous for the public.Isn't that the sort of thing that you elected Trump to do? Own the libs?

If they're receiving government money/kickbacks/tax breaks, then to a degree... yes.
For the same reason I don't like the idea of public schools going rogue and not having at least a somewhat centralized basis of accreditation or certain universal standards.

Harvard does not decide foreign policy on visas! Geesh.That is up to the school to deal with, not the federal government. It is also not up to the government to decide they get to punish the school for not policing things"correctly".
Of course. If any university advocated violence and genocide against LBTQ-believing people or any group I would use every legal power to stop them.
