False...although would depend on the tattoo...and the person's relationship with Christ. Tattoos are permanent, so if it is something that is not again Christ and God, then I could deal with that. If it is something against Christ, then if the person is a Christian they would do something to change the tattoo...if they aren't a Christian, then it isn't a match made in heaven.
