CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

False. I don't like dirt. I don't like bugs. I'm afraid of the dark. I'm afraid of creepy crawly things that I can't see. I'm afraid to go to the bathroom outdoors. I hate the way a campfire makes my hair and cloths smell. And i And I don't like sleeping on the ground. And I find the whole experience boring! ...I used to be quite the outdoors woman though. Used to have my own tent and everything. But, not any more. I don't like roughing it. Been there, done that...am just so over it. Ya know?

False. I used to. For a lot of years I wasted my energy on absorbing other peoples negativity and blaming myself for bringing it out of them. But, my self esteem isn't hinged on other people anymore. God loves me, and I'm perfect in that love. I'm not going to disrespect God, by thinking that I'm not worth it.

False. I used to live where it only snowed once (flurries) in ten years to where it now snows about 3-4 months every year. Brrr!!!
