Ah...right, you don't watch television much in your house. It was a big deal in the news. (not the book, but his public rant against it and her) I read it. It's probably a little old for you. But, it was very good. She's a very impressive woman, Brooke Shields. I've always liked her, but I had no idea of just how terribly intelligent and articulate she is. I admire her a great deal. Especially after her response to the attack and to him. It was the epitome of taking the high road. Very classy.

Forgive my confusion. You said you never heard of it. ...The conflict was over the book. So, if you knew about it, it would naturally follow that you would know about the book. For you to know about one without knowing about the other...well, it does'nt matter that that doesn't make any kind of sense to me, I guess.

Maybe there was more than one conflict or maybe I just don't remember the book. I thought he was picking on her because she had post partum depression and took meds for it.
But it wouldn't be the first time I remembered stuff wrong.

She wasn't hassling me, she just forgot that I hate to read and don't pay much attention to books.

I saw on tv and I really thought Tom Cruise is a jerk.

Brooke Shields is smart and classy and seems like a good mother. I hope she is a Christian. But even Tom Cruise needs the Lord. He's a Christian Scientist.
