True Love...
Matthew 10:37-40
"Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it."
"Anyone who welcomes you welcomes me, and anyone who welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me."
Folks, don't continue in the profound error that I made. No one else can be your god - they weren't designed to be as much and don't deserve that pressure from you.
Find your identity in Christ alone, make Him your First Love. And daily affirm it through prayer and studying His Word. It is only then that you will discover what true Love is, and will be empowered to share it with *all* - family, friend, neighbor, stranger, enemy...
THAT is God's purpose for your life.
