That is outrageous, you added to what Paul stated in rom 4:1-5 and inserted the law of Moses. Paul never stated in those verses he was speaking minus the ten commandments.
Do not go beyond what is written 1cor 6:4

I am giving you the context based on the previous chapter. He mentions circumcision in Romans 3:1. Read it for yourself.
However, where in the world do you get the idea that the Law of Moses is just the 10 Commandments? Do you not know that the Old Covenant Law of Moses is made up of 613 Commands? Some moral, some judicial, and some ceremonial. Again, circumcision is a requirement as a part of the Law of Moses (But they are not of the 10). Paul mentions circumcision in both the book of Romans and Galatians several times. For surely circumcision is not a part of the New Testament. Galatians 3 says the Law is a school master that brings us to Christ. What about the Laws or Commands given by the apostles? Paul said that what he had written should be regarded as the Lord's Commandments. Commandments are laws.
As for your quote of 1 Corinthians 6:4: Well, I am not sure what you are getting at, but if you were to keep reading, you would come across this passage (that refutes your belief system):
"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-11).
