True atheists?

To believe in true dogmatic atheism one must profess virtual omniscience in all areas to be certain that God does not exist. This is quite foolish.

Where are you getting your information? What dogma is attached to atheism? It's simply a non belief in any diety.

Yet, I see this CF faith(less) icon floating around the forums.

I bet the vast majority (if not all) of these supposed atheists are actually masked agnostics. Why are they afraid to call themselves agnostics?

I don't think this is true at all. While I am an atheist and do not believe in a diety, as a scientist, I must be able to evaluate every theory. That does not mean that I believe it a god. Just that the postulation is plausible although highly unlikely.

I mean, isn't that how we have established there are no square circles? No even prime numbers greater than two?

Heck, we can prove that we don't have elephants inside our heads by the same logic...
