She wears soft moccasins made of a thick, tree bark material. She wears a variety of jewelry (rings, earrings and necklace), mostly made from wooden beads, shells, and seeds or nuts. She has a soft, musical voice, and she laughs often. Her skin color is like weak tea. Tris carries a twisted and carved wooden staff. It’s made from an oak branch off her home tree, and she has strengthened it with her magic so that it is virtually unbreakable. At the top, surrounded by curving twists of wood, is a large piece of amber.
Personality: Sweet, friendly, cheerful, curious about everything. She rarely fights, preferring to talk her way out of things, or use magic to escape. Can get bored with the mundane tasks of everyday living, and might wander off to investigate something if she gets too bored. Tris enjoys learning new things, playing games, singing and dancing, and making things for others to enjoy.
Profession: Craftsperson, mage. Tris enjoys making things with her hands, and is very good at it. She weaves baskets, makes fabric and clothing, and generally can be counted upon to make small to medium items to dress up her client’s homes. Background: Tris was born in the midst of The Great Forest, to Jenna and Reese Oakfriend. Her parents are loving and kind, and she grew up very happy, as fairies are likely to do. Her mother is a musician, who excels at the harp and other string instruments. Her father is a craftsman, who taught her everything he knows about making beautiful and functional things. Tris has traveled often, all throughout the forest. She has many friends, but also likes occasional quiet time to commune with the earth magics. Her parents both sit on the Council of Elders who advise her local clan.
