I'm glad you think that my thread on tree rings is still going strong.

It is possible that the basic point I started with has gotten lost in the shuffle.
It is possible to line up tree rings of trees that died recently, or were recently cut down, with trees that died thousands of years ago and were preserved in a dry climate. There are dry years and wet years, and so thiln rings and thick rings. By lining up different trees, it is possible to push the time line back to about ten thousand years using tree rings alone.

There are other reasons to believe that the Earth is much older than that.

Where do you get that the Hebrews and ME people didn't see them?
Behemoth and Leviathan in the bible are dinosaurs. It also mentions
dragons in several places, and not as allegories. Some others here:

They were not. Behemoth was most likely either a hippo or an elephant. As for Leviathan again not a dinosaur. Dinosaurs don't have multiple heads and breath fire. Its quite obvious from the scriptures that we have a supernatural, perhaps even demonic creature here.
