The forest is large, long and wide
With brotheren trees side by side
Berch, Oak, Mapple, Pine
Each has a story to tell
Each has its own sign
Of fear, hope, love, hate
Death, life, care, insane
Each tells a tale
Of its own long life
Its experience and arragence
And all who can hear should hear
But what is a tree
More then a trunk on a stump
Branches and leaves
Pines and cones
What is a tree?
Its their spirit
Their tales
Their lifes
Their destiny
Their world
So whats the difference between us and them?
Whats different other then the flesh in the blood?
The bark and the sap?
The arms and the legs?
The roots and the branches?
We were all created
By the one God and Creater
And though we're in his image
Whats so different?
We've sinned,
And am not that of him anymore
With brotheren trees side by side
Berch, Oak, Mapple, Pine
Each has a story to tell
Each has its own sign
Of fear, hope, love, hate
Death, life, care, insane
Each tells a tale
