I was going to have to admit that I had no idea what a zone was, but that got cleared up!

Calgary also has a special U-pass for university/college kids. Ordinarily you would have to pay about 60-70 dollars a month for a bus pass that you can use anytime, anywhere. But instead of paying per month, we pay 80 bucks at the beginning of school (in our tuition, its not an option) and you get a pass for the entire semester. so its like getting three months for the price of one, which REALLY helps if you are in school!

I am really looking forward to that once I go to university... I really hope the instituition I am going to has it though!

dont count on it, mine didn't i had to pay $150 for a semester bus pass whch is only 4 months.

Disturbing story that happend to me on Monday while taking the bus:

A guy with special needs says hi to me everyday, on Monday he sat next to em, startign talking to me and then asked me out. He still says hi to me everyday.

So disturbed.

For the price we pay here in the Lower mainland and the sevice we get it sucks. Only Vansouver has service every 10 min. Here in surrey some buses are every 15 -30 min, but some are every hour, on Sundays it is even worse on some route no service at all. When I was in Kamloops the other week I saw buses every 15 minutes.and the fare is only $2.00 for adults.

I will probably end up at MRC... It has a good program for education for the first few years and then it is like a 5 minute walk from my church... I really want to go to CNUC but unfortunately I don't think they have any courses I can take for my program...
