Hello! I'm helping my aunt look for a software that has the ability to keep track of all the employee training in their company and if possible, something that can manage employee profiles as well. Do you guys know of any such software?

I think what she is looking for is an employee training tracking software. is she working at the HR department? because HR usually use those kind of software
