Technically unauthorized touching by either sex is a battery, but you are probably correct that a man might have difficulty getting anyone do do anything about his chest being touched by a woman.
Your statement that "society is more unfair towards men than towards women," would make an interesting thread. You could argue that it is unfair that men are subject to combat duty in our military or that women generally expect the man to buy an engagement ring for them with no ring bought by them in return. Actually I've seen threads on both of those points on CF.
In any event, that isn't the point of this thread. We are simply discussing topless beaches and the ability of women to exercise the same rights to go topless currently exercised by men. If you think that women should not have this right, why? Further, if they shouldn't have this right why should men be able to go topless with impunity?
