DS, 20 months, his poop smells like vinegar. He's been eating more solids the past three weeks as a result of starting feeding therapy and we're making some progress. None of the stuff I have tried is new simply we're trying regular green beans instead of baby puree etc. So he's about 75% breast-milk 25% solids now. 
He has had a couple of reflux episodes which resulted in vomited and many coughing and gagging moments and now his poop is watery and smells like vinegar.
I have no idea what would cause this? Could he have a bug of some kind? Oh he's also cutting his bottom 2 Two-Year molars.
