Today is National Dessert Day! What's your favorite Fall dessert?

Hi all ...

This popped up as a new thread this morning and I wanted to comment my two-cents worth, ... but, alas, it was in the Singles only area.

Then I thought ... I'll just repost it where everybody can have a say.

So ... what do you say ? I'm a big dessert fan.

I like apple, peach, cherry, blueberry, lemon mereinge, pecan, and sweet potato pies.

I also like brownies and all kinds of cookies, and a great many cakes (caramel, fudge frosted, carrot, etc.). My only real exceptions are that I don't like coconut ... or any licoricey flavored sweets.

Then there's always cheescake ... and various ice creams, yogurts, etc.

As you can imagine, I must maintain a LOT of discipline in the fall/holiday period.

There are so many desserts that are good! I can't even list them all lol.

When it comes to fall desserts, I'm a big fan of pumpkin. My mom and I tried making a pumpkin pudding recently and it was sooooo good.

I love almost anything with caramel or chocolate (especially dark chocolate) as well!
For dislikes, I don't like cheesecake, and we never put nuts in our desserts since I can't eat them.

I don't eat desserts very often since I know they're not healthy. But it isn't easy lol.
