Similarly "liberal" is a generic epithet, not a political concept with an established definition. What I find fascinating about Conservatives is many define conservatism not as political scientists do, but basically to mean positions they themselves hold.
A strong current of his support came from the fringe right. He's alienating them, and I'm not sure the center of the GOP trusts this hint of a new him.
In case no one has figured it out, Trump's "outreach" to minorities is not about getting more minority votes. It is about getting more moderate White votes. "See, Julie***, Trump's not so bad.... he's willing to be nicer to those poor immigrants and African Americans. BTW, Julie, your lawn looks great. Do you mind if I get the number for your Mexican yard man?"
*** Apologies to everyone named Julie.
"War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, Ignorance is Strength"Well done, you predicted the problem Trump ran into. Trump seems to be arriving at the same conclusion, and is now saying that he isn't softening, but is actually hardening.
smh
Dwyane Wade's cousin was just shot and killed walking her baby in Chicago. Just what I have been saying. African-Americans will VOTE TRUMP! @realDonaldTrump

Really? I have it on good authority from several members here that it does indeed have an established definition. Apparently, it's the same as "socialist", "communist", "fascist" and well, a whole bunch of other terms. And as we both know, truth found on the Internet is like, extra special truth!
The police do not know anything and they are very poorly trained. We have a school here where they only go for one year to be a policeman. If you want to know something you have to talk to the detectives. They have been around and they learned in the school of hard knocks. The detectives tell me they do not need a law to arrest someone and send them to court. If the people hire an attorney and get off on a technicality that is fine with them because they figure just having to hire an attorney and pay the money and to have to go to court to defend yourself is plenty enough punishment for most people.Yeah, not actually a law.
"A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing! Some of it is being known by who your enemies are.
The status of our nation was given to us by Hillary and her democrats, and all those wealthy republicans, and republicans in office today.
In other words, Trump is what he is, but is not responsible for Libya, Syria, Iraq, Russian relations nor the nations finances, nor the state of entitlements, nor....well, you get the idea. That albatross is right on Hillary and her husbands neck, in this election.
So as I see Democrats, Republicans, and most of the media going bonkers over Trump, I still remember it was all these same jackwagons that put us in the state we are in.
If this is how you want it, vote for Hillary, I'm sure it will go well.
What Trump will do is anyone's guess, I don't even think he knows.

Very few people are criminals and so the police have very little real work to do. So they spend most of their time trying to extort money from mostly lawful people. My grandfather was the mayor of a small city and he hired a policeman (named Bob) and told him to be sure to hand out lots of tickets because they did not have any money to pay him. That is exactly what Bob did. He handed out enough tickets so they would have the money for his pay check. The rest of the time he drove around to keep an eye on things to make sure no one stole anything.
My cousin was a judge so if I needed an attorney for something I would just ask him for a referral. He knew all the best attorneys around. Over the years they would go on to being a judge as the older judges retired.

Shaw must have had Trump and Clinton in mind!
Clinton may have made her fair share of mistakes, but "Magillacuddy" would have us believe that the reigns of power of the most powerful nation in the world should be turned over to someone he admits that "What Trump will do is anyone's guess, I don't even think he knows."
Donald Trump's new $10 million TV ad cites two contradictory tax plans -- one that Trump has explicitly ruled out and another that he has yet to endorse -- raising more questions about what policies the GOP presidential nominee supports.
Trump's new ad seems generic enough for a Republican politician. In it, he promises lower taxes, more jobs, and growth for small businesses.
It would be a really, really terrific thing if Congress would get together and pass a law that would allow all Americans equal protection under the law and order. African Americans.... Mr. Trump loves them.... should be free to go to any lunch counter in Chicago and order fried chicken without getting shot. I mean what do African Americans have to lose by voting Trump?ManyPeopleAreSaying his next ad will try to win over minorities by coming out in favor of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Donald does recognize that the only reason black children go to the park is to commit a crime, so it would probably be a good idea to ban black children from all parks.
In the case of the Central Park 5, it appears that they didn't just go there to play checkers. And calling them "children" is just disgusting...
