CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I’m beyond thankful that today marks the one week mark since I’ve quit nicotine!!!!! Praise the Lord, couldn’t have done it without Him, wouldn’t even of had the desire to quit without His leading.

My doggies blood count is now mid-range at 232!
I am weaning him off medication that Vets insist he needs high doses of the "rest of his life". I don't believe that. But am open to it. He needs to continue to eat and drink water.
Been having to urge him to drink water, and feeding him salti-ish chicken to get him to do so. But this morning he would have none of it! Though thirsty, he wouldn't drink..not tap water, not the spring water... LORD help me! I prayed.
Well, I took him outside to the backyard... normally I have shoes on but was barefoot... stepped right into a pile of poo where he never goes! SO I went over to the hose and began washing my foot... and the dog ran right over and drank "a cup" of water from the hose!!!
Gotta PRAISE GOD even in the small things, folks.
