Wow . . yes, thank God!

I'm thankful (and nearly wriggling with anticipation) for the prospect of spending the next few days with my husband (and youngest daughter on Saturday) at our State Fair! We all just love to go, for varying reasons. There's a vast array of entertainment/exhibits to keep one engaged, that even in 3 days we won't see everything! Oh, and the food! Everything-on-a-stick . .

Sounds like fun. Our fair is on now too but the weather has been so bad. Today we are getting a bit of sun and I am so thankful for that. I do not do well in heavily dark overcast rainy weather. Jan

Our oldest grandson, Donovan, loves fishing. He catches a lot of bluegill, etc., but had never caught a bass. I took him fishing yesterday evening, and he caught the biggest bass I've ever seen, and that's not just "grandpa eyes" looking! Then, he promptly caught another!
