Today I am grateful for...

That my daughter wrote her last exam of the year today. And that schools out for summer.

Well until summer school starts in 3 wks...but that's her choice to take make up courses.

I'm thankful that the air conditioning is finally working in our office today . . and that I have my computer back after it balked to a halt last week . . and that loading everything back on it again has gone without a glitch (yet! lol)

And so very very grateful for this place and all of you and the strength I am slowly regaining again.

Seems WIERD doesn't it ?

Before I shut down my computer [to get to bed] earlier this morning
I found I could visit the index page
BUT.... I could not sign in

I could get, as far as my password being wiped, but, the page would hang

So, I did a grand clearout and clean up and retried no-go!!!

I tried to click thru to [last-pages] in each forum
but, IE couldnt find that page
and eventually, I got that DATABASE ERROR report

Obviously, this was a case of GREMLINS being ironed out [flattened]
and the system was 'dysfunctional' during that process

I soooo agree, Grace! So many wonderful praise reports.

I'm deeply grateful for answered prayer today, something I wondered if it would ever happen. Also grateful for all the good things that are happening to my youngest daughter. She richly deserves it!

THE POEM

I knelt to pray but not for long, I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work, for bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer, and jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done, my soul could rest at ease.....

All day long I had no time, to spread a word of cheer
No time to speak of Christ to friends, they'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do, that was my constant cry,
No time to give to souls in need, but at last the time, the time to die.
I went before the Lord, I came, and I stood with downcast eyes.
For in his hands God! held a book; it was the book of life.
God looked into his book and said 'Your name I cannot find
I once was going to write it down.... but I never found the time'.

Now, do you have the time to pass it on?
