Today I'm grateful for having a nice day, and for the beauties of nature.

Today I'm grateful that it's the Lord's Day.

Almost all of the electrics were upgraded today
Now, we await the fitting of the shower and shower-curtain rail, over the bath
Supply 'plumbing' for it, is now adjacent to it's 'site' as is the new cable

We found it extremely tiring
~having these persons walking in and out
They wouldn't treat their own house as they do our's
We are, finding empty 'component bags' behind furniture
and also plastic 'cut-outs' and wire tails, everywhere

If they were working for me...
they WOULD.... be looking for a new employer ALREADY!!!
Such sloth and inattention to detail, I did not give, my customers [back in the day]

I found two wall switches and a power socket, that hadn't been replaced

The new Spiritual home I have found here at CF.. smiles....I think it may have been just where I was supposed to come to help me to get back to basics again where my faith is concerned...
The friendliness of people I have never met before....
The friendship of those in my singing group where I was this morning..
Being independent...
The love of a good family...

I'm giving thanks that my 92 year-old mother is very happy in her assisted living home. In short, she appears to love being there and having so many friends. God is richly blessing her there.
