so toby mac's second cd was released yesterday, i am so excited. mine should be in the air or in a truck coming to my house. yay, more music for my enjoyment, and if you don't like him, me don't want to read it.

In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I want that CD... I've tried calling in to the radio so many times to win it... no luck... I guess I'm actually going to have to pay for it in the store now

Gone is one of the names of the tracks, I believe, but the album is called "Welcome to Diverse City". I am excited to get it, a family christian store employee let me listen to it, it is very good. I am probably going to get it...but I didn't think that it came out until the weekend...oh well....*scurries off to the christian book store.....

umm......street cred? lol London, no offense of course, but although you may think he acts like he wants street cred....and he may...that's not really what matters most, dontcha think?
anyhow, i really like toby's music, it's great listen to my Momentum cd all the time on the bus comin home from school, and some ppl think im 'uncool' to listen to Christian music, but some of my friends and other people actually start listenin to some Christian music cause they saw me doing it...anyways, it's a great way to show people that not all Christian music is soft, slow, and boring
anyhow, i really like toby's music, it's great

I heard Diverse City on the radio and it was great! I really want the new cd. It sounds better than Momentum. I thought it wasn't coming out until Oct. 15! Is it really in stores already? Interesting...

I personally am somewhat excited for it, but I think that Toby, Michael, and Kevin were all better as DC Talk. I wish/hope that they go back someday.

Toby was interviewed on ZJAM last week and he said that they might get back together someday. I forget his exact words, but it he basically said that they just decided to take a break and go their separate ways for a while, and then maybe get back together again later on.

My girlfriend, some of her friends, and I are gonna be seeing toby mac and third day (my nap time) in concert this saturday. Guess toby will be signing autographs at one of the book stores in cincinnati, which is where the concert will be (cincinnati, not the book store).LondonsBurning said:
