Race: Taru-taru. Taru-taru is a species very skilled in the arts of magic and illusion. Their eyes change color depending on their mood and what type of magic they are using at the time. A major drawback is that Taru-taru are distinctively short, the tallest on record a whopping 5 feet. They are slightly more fragile than most but what they lack physically they make up for in magic. He is also a fairly skilled archer, which is good because of his physical shortcommings he tends to shy away from melee fighting.
Appearance: Tobias is a mere 4'5 at the ripe age of 16. He has ear-length brownish-red hair, with eyes that are usually a light tinge of brown reminiscent of the sand in the Ashanti desert. He wears only an undershirt, tunic, and pants using a rope for a belt.
History: Abandoned by his so called 'parents' at birth, Tobias grew up under the tutelage of Isaac, the only other Taru-taru known to reside in <Insert name of town here>. Isaac is 65 years old and has taught Tobias the magic behind their race. Both of them are poor, they have close to nothing save each other's company and live in a hut to the north of the city. To the elderly man's disapproval, Tobias insists to use the little of what he knows about his power to steal and provide food for them both.
