Tithe

i wished to know,whether "Tithe" should be compltely given to the church u attend or can it be distributed in various places,were needed.

To your local church. Never heard anyone complain about money who tithed to their local church. Their needs were always met.

actually what i have been doing is,divide the tithe money into parts and sent a part to local church and remaining to various other ministries.
*is that correct?
Fort eg lets say Tithe money is 400$.i would divide it into 100$ and send it to four different places including the church.
Is that fine?

My pastor has preached on this. He was adamant that your tithe should go to your local church, but if you feel led to give more, then you are free to give it elsewhere. He spoke not only to our members, but to members of other churches visiting. A member is there to support their local church, and if the tithe doesn't go to it, then it's ability to work is diminished. The Scripture my pastor used was this:

Mal 3:10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.

He made the point that the verbage is not to "a" storehouse or to those in need, but to "the" storehouse.
