Oh great, thanks for making my ears ring! Actually I'm noticing there's barely any ringing right now. It's close to the 20th anniversary of when it started happening back in April 2004.

I think I discovered that relaxation is the key. Juts sitting in a quiet room and relaxing into it makes it seem more normal.
