Please don't judge us all bythe rantings of one.

I try my best. I don't wish to ever be judged that way myself but seriously this kind of stuff is all I am surrounded by in real life too so it gets hard to see through it.

I understand. I just hope you will remember that not all Christians are hard hearted loonies. Some of us actually care about people who don't sit in our pews on Sunday. And while I don't support abortion as a form of birth control, I also do not approve of killing doctors or protesting outside clinics.

Picketing abortion clinics? Come on.... That's perfectly legal, no one's getting hurt.

The harrassments of patients that occur at these events are beyond the pale. It's legal but it's not moral.

If that is so it would be appropriate for you to repent of judging others cruelly.

God Himself will be judging. He is holy. Innocent blood cries out to Him as we speak. there is coming a day of reckoning. In that day there will be no repenting. No grace. No mercy. there will be no place to hide. All who claimed unrighteousness as right and righteousness as wrong will be held accountable.

the door to grace and mercy will be closed. the books will be opened and all that we have ever done, thought, said will be brought to light. there will be no escape.

Woe to them who call evil good, and good evil.

Luke 17:2 "It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones."

Isaiah 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"

Which is precisely why your speculation of Tiller's eternity was a reprehensible post.

Exactly. This is why Tiller's cowardly assassin and all who aided and abetted him must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Tiller was an innocent victim.

But it's not helping anyone. It's not reducing abortions. It's not helping people who "choose life". It's just standing out there and looking "holier than thou".

That's kind of like blaming all pro athletes for the behavior of Michael Vick and O.J. Simpson, isn't it?

That's an over-generalization of the situation but yes it sort of is, thats why in my reply to CelticFlower I said I attempt to avoid this. The difference is I'm surrounded by hateful "Christians" in my personal life who find this behavior acceptable.

The people do not represent Christ in the evil they commit. They only represent themselves.

Just like, for instance, the American soldier who raped an Iraqui girl was not representing this country or its military in this instance.

I don't decide who resides for eternity with God and who doesn't. God does. But of course you know that. It is written in the Bible for all to see. And it will be echoed for all of eternity. God hates lying. He hates sin. The murderer of Tiller will be judged just as Tiller will be. Both have blood on their hands. Tiller has infinitely more. Yes, Tiller is meeting His Maker. What he nonchalantly thought of as a decent way to make a living was sin. And as he "served" in church believing himself to be a decent man, and righteous before God, he was committing abominations. The kind that God vomits from His mouth.

Luke 17:2 "It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones."

Isaiah 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
