Tiger who chases me

Hi I'm new here. This is my second posting. First Topic.. here is a dream I had long ago. I always remembered it because I knew it was important however I belive it has already come to pass. Tell me what you think its about.

In this dream I was leaving my house and walking to the main drive which leads to the major road to my bus stop. There was cloudy haze all around, couldn't tell what time of day it was but there was a heavy fog though I could see quite a distance away. As I turned and came onto the drive which leads to the major street.. I noticed something coming towards me.. after a bit I realized it was a Tiger! And he was runing towards me with the intent of killing me as a live game in the wild. I turned around and ran back to my house but it seemed as if I was going nowhere for a while and I was doomed to being caught. Suddenly though I took off and ran the bell on my house scared that the Tiger is going to catch me before I get in. Finally since no one answered I went into the backyard because there was a rear entrance. When I go to the back yard something bizarre happened. I SAW MY WHOLE FAMILY steping into their own graves tombstone and all. And I told them of the Tiger who is come really quickly that they should come back into the house for saftey. They didn't pay attention to me as if I was talking nonsense. Then I noticed behind them was the Tiger himself sitting and smiling at me. End of dream....

What struck me about this dream is that it appears to have as a theme your testimony (or lack of it) for Jesus Christ. It also gives a picture of how you respond to attacks or fear of attacks of the enemy. It sounds as though you respond to the enemy advancing against you by running back home (going backwards in your walk). So, you end up going nowhere in your spiritual walk.

Ringing the bell on the house, nonetheless shows signs of making progress towards going against the enemy by warning others of this impending danger from the enemy. But when no one responded, you got discouraged and again you fell back to your old ways of responding to enemy attacks and allowed fear to control you rather than putting on the armor of God.

As a result, your family was or is headed for hell. Perhaps the reason they did not listen at this point was that it was too late. Maybe they were already dead. Or maybe they didn't see your walk with the Lord and your witness for him enough to see their own need for Christ.

Well, that's what I'm seeing. I don't know how long ago this was and you said it may have already come true. I hope that none of your family members have died without Christ. We need to be telling everyone we know about Jesus and we need to daily put on the armor of God with which to fight off those attacks of Satan.

Good insight! But at the time I had this dream was years before I came to Christ. And even though I honored God at that time I knew nothing about him aside from what I learned in my school (which was catholic). Still I was zealous for God.

Now some of what you said still applies because even though I didn't come to Christ until years later after all that was said in this dream took place. I found out that I was sealed by the Holy Spirit from the very beginning by a Pastor who told me this and it lined up with everything that happened in my life from the very beginning of what I could remember.. and no, no one is dead. Though I think that signified their spiritual decline.

Spiritual warfare has got to be one of the most important tools in winning souls for Christ, especially family members. The Bible says "we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but principalities, powers and spiritual wickedness in high places." The devil is quick to oversee death and destruction. And as long as the devil is present, he will do everything he can to prevent people from coming to the Lord.

Mark 3:27- "No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will firstbind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house."
